Today marks a positive step forward, not only for you as a customer, but also for the wider community in Western Australia.

What has changed.

  • Our name. Brightwater Linen is now officially Civitus Linen.

  • Our ownership. Civitus Linen is part of Civitus, the commercial business arm of the Intelife Group. Intelife Group is a long-standing Western Australian organisation dedicated to creating meaningful, dignified employment for people with disability. The commercial businesses within Civitus, including Civitus Linen, help create sustainable employment opportunities while delivering high-quality services to customers.

What hasn't changed.

  • Our team. You'll continue to work with the same dedicated people you know and trust.

  • Your account manager. The same faces, the same contact numbers and the same commitment to personalised service.

  • Our service. Collections, deliveries, linen quality and turnaround times remain unchanged.

  • Our location. We're still proudly based in Malaga, serving Perth and communities across Western Australia.

What you need to do.
